Today, walking north on Falls Road, Hawker spotted a man walking down the street with no pants on. (He did have his jacket tied around his waist in an attempt at discretion.)

The pants were slung over his shoulder.

Why can't people around here wear both pants AND underwear AT THE SAME TIME?
