According to a commenter, speed bumps on Elm have been installed.
11/6/07 UPDATE: A commenter suggested this isn't the case, but indeed, speed bumps are in. Slow down on Elm, neighbors!

Are referring to the speed bumps on Elm between 40th and 38th? They have been there for quite some time. Not so much news.
Hmm. . . checking into it.
To answer anonymous...between Wellington and Powers you'll find the NEW speed bumps.
