I think that might be Nutty Pub on Chestnut.

Nutty Pub was my guess. I just haven't had the chance today to check out my hunch.
My guess is that bar over on Keswick and 33rd. Across from the 7-11.
Used to be a decent neighborhood pub. Been closed for years.
Oh right! That place! It's totally ripe for re-development.
Flip's on Union? It is on a corner and has a large bar.
I was going to guess Flip's, too, until I saw the wide sidewalk/al fresco dining description. So I vote Nutty Pub as well.
