False Pie Alarm
After relying on email and rumor, Hawker decided to garner some EMPIRICAL evidence re: Dangerously Delicious Pies Hampden outpost.
It is NOT open yet. In fact, the space is still littered with ladders, and there's painters' tape on the floor.
Hawker will let you know when the pie competition in Hampden actually heats up.

So sad! We stalked them during Honfest (when they said they'd open)..and they said they pushed it off to maybe July 3rd!
This waiting is killing me!
I happen to know, from the source, that Dangerously Delicious Pies Hampden location will be having its open house July 3rd... complete with Texas honky tonk courtesy of James "Slim" Hand and his band.
