Hampden resident and Junior's Wine Bar (in Federal Hill) Scott Holt was featured in "Glimpsed" in yesterday's Sun.
He's "jazzed about jackets," and, based on the photo, dresses better than any of us.

I'm sorry, but I must seriously question his choice of footwear.
Open toed shoes on a guy? In public? Tsk!
if he's had a pedi it MIGHT be okay, but those particular sandals strike me a bit odd in the overall fashion scheme here.
